I'm down one more pound. That puts me at 205.4 lbs for a total loss of 46.2 lbs.
I've found that I will lose some in the maintenance period anytime I eat an all protein day.
Yesterday I had a fajita steak omelet for breakfast and lunch made with one whole egg and one egg white, plus about 50 grams of fajita steak and a quarter cup of cheddar cheese. I also had three tablespoons of Smuckers All Natural Peanut Butter after lunch and for supper. To drink I had three liters of water, a Diet Rite cola, and a sugar free caramel latte.
Aspartame is a big no no on this diet. Sweet & Low, Splenda, and any of the natural low calorie sweeteners are fine. Of course the no aspartame situation cuts out most diet colas. If they say sweetened with Splenda your good to go.
