Maintenance Repeat

Well, I've gained another .4 lbs. 
 
I noticed on the calender that I track my weight loss with that I did this same thing after my first round.  I gained 3 lbs in the first week after stopping the low calorie portion of the diet going into the maintenance period. 
 
Right now I'm doing a little better.  I have only gained 1.4lbs so far.  And I could start the loss at any time.  So, everything is looking good.
