Ok. I seem to be stalled. Therefore I have opted for a correction day. That is a day you eat only protein. If you have read "Pounds & Inches", you will know that Dr. Simmons, the originator of this diet, had a person eating eggs all day. The set up was 1 whole egg and 2 egg whites per meal. You may choose to use Egg Beaters allowing for a small amount of cheese with them.
I weigh 216.2 lbs.
