That what I said. I gained .6 lbs. The only reason to gain when your eating low cal and right is to not drink enough. It is critical to drink at least 2 liters of water. Big guys who do a lot and any woman who has a busy schedule should drink more. 2 liters won't sustain weight loss for them because they haven't drank enough to get their bodies out of drought mode.
"Drought Mode" is what I like to call it when the body is holding onto water because it doesn't see enough coming in for the level of activity. It will retain water in these cases causing weight gain. When you start peeing regularly and it isn't a dark yellow color you will probably have drank enough.
Also, something's that you may choose to eat will cause water retention even if they don't have a lot of calories. Broccoli makes my wife retain water. So see how things affect you.
