Gain Lost & Reporting On Inches

Hey, I told you. I lost the pound. It's just a matter of drinking plenty and watching what you eat to maintain.

By the way, I may need to put in some links that will help you determine your BMI and the limits you will have on calories. I'll probably do that this evening.

On my inches, I was wearing 40" waist pants when I start. I can wear 36" pants now. I was 46" in the stomach. I'm now 41".

On body fat content, I was over 30% when I started. I'm now 21%.

  1. Donnie - This is so awesome. Thank you for sharing this journey with us... I am now a fan. I have tried for quite a few years to loose weight with medication, various diets and nutritionists with results that all mystify them. I am seriously considering this. I am still confused about the food options, but I'll read through it all again. I do loose some with South Beach and kept off the weight I lost there, but.... well, it just has adverse reactions for me in the energy department. Anyway, my point was... thanks for sharing your success and well as struggles. Sounds like you are doing a consistent job! Way to go. Kara C

    By the way my sister made up a list of the foods and the calories in specific weights. I can give that to you.

    I have read and read and read and I am totally lost on what exactly to buy.... when I go to the pharmacy site there are so many different variations that I am confused. Please share how to figure this out if you have time!! I would love the list of foods. I am ready to go for this. I also would love to talk to Elayna or your sister about the whole "make up" thing. Thanks. K
