First Day Of Low Cal

Ok.  Loading is over.  Today through the 28th is 500 calories per day.
 
I gained, as expected, on the loading days.  I gained a total of 5.2 lbs.  Now, this might have been a little less had I paid more attention to my water intake.  But, gains are expect, as I've aready said.
 
Right now, I will be eating a lot of green leafy stuff with about 100 calories worth of lean meat and an apple or strawberrys for lunch and for supper.  I usually will eat an apple for breakfast.  I will drink lots of water.  I will have some tea sweetened with Sweet & Low.  All in all,  my total calories for the next 21 days will remain 500 or less per day.
 
An interesting thing, my wife who started with me this round, actually lost .4 lbs during our loading.  This does happen on occasion.  I'm glad for her.  She need that head start to keep her spirits up.  She started the first round before me and I lost more than her inspite of not getting to do a full 40 day round. 
 
By the way, there are 20 day rounds and 40 day rounds.  We started with a 40 day round.  We will continue with 20 day rounds until we have lost the weight we need to lose.
